Discover the Power of Breath with Petra & Csaba
Petra Peyer is a certified breathwork facilitator (400hr Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, and founder of Breath of My Life. With a rich background in sound healing, Reiki, and transformational guidance, Petra holds space for profound inner shifts through breath, presence, and soul connection. Her events are a gateway to deep self-discovery, emotional release, and reconnection with your inner truth—guided by her intuitive wisdom and embodied experience.
Csaba is a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath, 400h), dedicated to weaving together Western and ancestral traditions in service of healing and self-discovery. Based between Zürich and Guatemala City, his work bridges science-based approaches with ancient wisdom - supporting others in reconnecting to their innate truth through breath, presence, and embodied experience. Drawing on experience in meditation, plant medicine, movement, and sacred ceremony, he creates grounded spaces for deep presence, emotional release, and inner remembrance. While welcoming all, he is especially passionate about making this work more accessible to men, inviting them into spaces of connection, vulnerability, and transformation. Invitation for Practice Before Breathwork 🌿✨
Observe your breath daily.
How do you breathe when you’re stressed, nervous, or calm?
Does your breath feel shallow or deep? Fast or slow?
Your breath holds the key to your inner world. It reflects your emotions, your state of mind, and your energy. By simply noticing it, you begin to create space for awareness, transformation, and flow.
🌬️ Take a moment. Observe. Breathe. 🌿
No prior experience is needed! All essential information will be shared before we begin, and you’ll be fully guided throughout the session.
💫 Come with childlike curiosity, an open mind, and exactly as you are!
WHAT TO BRING:
✔️ Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes for unrestricted movement & breath
✔️ Water bottle
🌿 Optional: Eye mask, your own yoga mat & blanket, journal, or any personal items (photo, crystal, intention) that feel meaningful to you.
✨ Tip: It’s best to breathe on an empty (but not grumbling!) stomach.
🚪 Please arrive 5 minutes before we begin.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Conscious, connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or living with:
🔹 Heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment
🔹 High blood pressure, thyroid conditions
🔹 Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy
🔹 Uncontrolled diabetes, brain or abdominal aneurysms
