This Movember, Martin Coul brings his Grand Tour to Biel for an evening of open dialogue on men’s mental health. Losing a parent to schizophrenia as a young child, and later navigating his own experiences with depression and PTSD, shaped the lens through which Martin approaches well-being. Mental health chose him, not the other way around - and it’s why he’s committed to tackling the conversations many still shy away from. In Biel, Martin will be joined by a special guest to bring a fresh perspective to the conversation.
Biel is the first stop on a Swiss tour that continues in Basel, Geneva and Zürich, each hosted in partnership with local organisations.
Hosted by C2 Caring2gether, the Biel edition invites anyone touched by men’s mental health, whether personally or through loved ones, to sit together, challenge old ideas of masculinity and explore what well-being really means today.
