Step into an afternoon of creativity, mindful movement, and soulful connection at our Awakening: A Spring Creative Retreat . Inspired by the renewal of spring, this retreat invites you to slow down, explore creative expression, and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, supportive, and inspiring space.

🌸 Opening Ceremony

1:00 – 1:20 PM

We begin the retreat with an opening ceremony to ground ourselves, connect as a group, and set the tone for the day ahead

🌀 Workshop Sessions

The afternoon is divided into three workshop blocks , each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes

You are welcome to join:

• One session ,

• Two sessions , or

• All three sessions throughout the day.

Each participant may attend one workshop per block . If you choose multiple sessions, you will flow through the day attending one workshop in each block. In between sessions you're invited to relax in our chill-out area, where additional creative activities will be available.

BLOCK 3 | 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Workshop Experiences

Bloom & Flow: A Watercolour Journey
A gentle, intuitive watercolour session inspired by spring blooms and growth. Participants are invited to explore colour and organic shapes to create a spring-inspired card

Stitch & Bloom: Mindful Crochet
In this calming crochet session, you will create a simple, beginner-friendly piece as a personal expression of color and intention. Guided step by step, this experience invites you to slow down, connect with your hands, and enjoy the soothing rhythm of mindful making.

The Healing Journey
A deeply nourishing session combining Somatic Movement, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing, designed to support relaxation, release, and embodied awareness.

Each session is thoughtfully curated to support creative expression, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing. No prior experience is required.

🌙 Closing Ceremony

6:45 – 7:00 PM

We come together once more for a gentle closing ceremony to reflect, integrate, and complete the day as a group.
