The first step of Design Thinking is "Empathy", and this is the focus of our Community Day. The Zürcher Tierschutz has organised a special event to help our community develop a broader perspective on their work. On a tour tailored just for SMDT, we will see and interact with a variety of animals and explore questions such as:
- Why does the shelter exist?
- What are the challenges the shelter faces?
- What are the needs of the different animals (cats, dogs, birds, snakes, spiders rabbits and more!), and how does the shelter manage this?
- Where would these animals be if the shelter did not exist?
