Fear is a natural and important part of being human.
Yet many of us have learned to resist it, suppress it, or fight against it.
In this small and experiential workshop, we will explore:
- Why fear is important
- Why it can be difficult to welcome it
- The strategies we use to avoid or control it
- The consequences these strategies can have on our life and our body
Most importantly, we will discover practical ways to begin befriending fear with more awareness, kindness, and presence.
The workshop takes place in a small group to allow a personal and attentive atmosphere.
