Hailing from the Alps of Italy, Enisum is a leading force in atmospheric black metal. Founded in 2006, the band pioneers "Arpitanian Black Metal"—a subgenre deeply rooted in the history, folklore, and majestic landscapes of their alpine homeland. Musically, Enisum masterfully blends raw, blistering black metal with melancholic ambient textures, acoustic folk passages, and sweeping post-rock soundscapes. Their sound is defined by sharp contrasts, seamlessly shifting from aggressive blast beats and piercing shrieks to clean, ethereal chants. Rejecting traditional metal tropes, Enisum’s poetic lyrics explore the beauty of Mother Nature, desolation, and alpine isolation.
From its origins as a reclusive solo project, Enisum has evolved into a powerhouse four-piece live band and a staple of the European underground scene.

It is in 2019 that Wizards of Wiznan emerges from Vegenand, a vanished locality once decimated by the black plague. After a first EP with Stoner & doom influences & several remarkable concerts, the band found its new direction with the recording of a first album in 2022 & the admission of a new member. Behind thick walls of distortion & powerful, cavernous guttural vocals, the band now offers heavy music that wants to reach the heart & soul. Mixing their numerous sludge, doom & black metal influences, the musicians propose a sound that is brutal & intense, carefully handling the brutality of the riffs & the softness of the atmospheric melodies. Through a dark & misanthropic exploration of the human condition, the band's themes are essentially about loss, illness, death & draw their inspiration from their home region.
