MACBETH by William Shakespeare

Macbeth, ein schottischer Feldherr, erhält von drei Hexen die Prophezeihung, König zu werden. Angetrieben von seiner Frau ermordet er König Duncan und besteigt den Thron. Aus Angst um seine Macht lässt er weitere Morde begehen. Schuldgefühle und Wahnsinn zerstören ihn und Lady Macbeth. Am Ende wird Macbeth gestürzt und getötet, und die Ordnung wird wiederhergestellt.
