In this intimate jazz‐club setting, qanun, nay, and riqq weave a living tapestry of melody—each note a whisper from distant shores — a journey through classical and folkloric styles from Iraq to Morocco. This concert invites you into a rich tapestry of sound and rhythm. Dance Intermezzos performed by professional artists — companions in movement who share the stage in celebration of 25 years of artistic exploration.
Under the guiding theme “Exploration as Transformation,” every piece becomes a chapter in a lifelong dance research. Every gesture and every phrase becomes an invitation: to listen deeply, to feel fully, and to embark on an inner voyage through the landscapes of rhythm and identity—an emotional finale that celebrates the shared discoveries and creative growth of a quarter-century journey.
