We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, featuring long-held, calming postures that release tension and soothe the nervous system. No rush, no pressure — just space to arrive and soften. 🧘♀️
As you rest into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of a soundbath with crystal and Tibetan bowls. The sounds will guide you into a meditative state, helping you drop out of your head and into your body. 🎶
After the workshop we will go in a cafe for a drink to relax and socialize.
This combination of Yin Yoga and sound healing is perfect if you’re looking to:
