Sisterhood in Movement is where Women’s Circle meets Yoga. We gather once a week online for 4 sessions, in closed group.

The heart of these gatherings is always yoga and movement. The openings and closings shift each time, guided by intuition, the energy of the day, and the women present. This is the beauty of these circles, we let ourselves be, instead of doing, planning, or performing. You simply open yourself and let the circle unfold.

You can join us from anywhere in the world as we gather on Zoom. If you miss a session, you can make up one class on replay before the following week, so you stay aligned with the energy of the group.

This is the spirit of Sisterhood in Movement:

• a devotion to yourself,

• and honouring the women who show up alongside you.

We are creating this space together, so you can arrive exactly as you are, no performance, no expectations. Here, you can breathe, move, soften and receive what you need from your own body, from the circle, and from each other. It is uplifting, energizing, and deeply supportive.
