Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute journey of Restorative Yoga and a healing Sound Bath, designed to help you gently release built-up tension and open space for renewal. Supported by bolsters and blankets, you’ll melt into calming postures while your breath slows and your body unwinds.
Then allow the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments to wash over you—balancing your nervous system, calming the mind, and guiding you into a meditative stillness.
