Walk & Connect Seerenbachfälle Day Trip along Lake Walense

Join us for a stunning day trip to one of the tallest waterfalls in Switzerland — the Seerenbachfälle! We'll hike along the beautiful shores of Lake Walensee, through narrow tunnels carved into the rock, past charming lakeside spots, and all the way to the breathtaking waterfall viewpoint. Along the way, we'll match you with new people for one-on-one conversations — no small talk, just real connection. Spring is the perfect time to see the falls roaring from the snowmelt! 🌊🏔️

Coming alone? That's totally fine! We'll match you with people who share your vibe using the Social Circle app — we will introduce you to it during the event.

• ⏰ 09:15 – Meet under the big clock at Zurich Main Station (HB)
• 🚆 09:43 – Take S25 from platform 11 (direction Linthal)
• 10:25 – Arrive at Ziegelbrücke
• 🚌 10:34 – Take Bus 650 from Kante A (direction Amden)
• 10:43 – Arrive at Fli, Seestern — the hike begins!
• 🥾 10:45 – Start walking along Lake Walensee towards Betlis, icebreakers & first one-on-one matchups
• 11:15 – Pass Lago Mio beach area and enter the tunnels along the lake
• 11:45 – Arrive at Betlis — quick photo stop at Kapelle Betlis with views of the falls in the distance
• ⛰️ 12:15 – Reach the Seerenbachfälle viewpoint — time to take in one of Switzerland's tallest waterfalls!
• 🍫 12:15–13:15 – Snack break at the falls, group photos, and time to soak it all in
• 🔄 13:15 – Start heading back along the same route with new one-on-one matchups
• 14:00 – Pass through Betlis
• 14:45 – Lago Mio area — optional quick dip for the brave ones!
• 15:15 – Arrive back at Fli, Seestern
• 🚌 15:43 – Take Bus 650 from Fli, Seestern (direction Ziegelbrücke)
• 15:55 – Arrive at Ziegelbrücke, Kante A
• 🚆 16:00 – Take IR 35 from platform 6 (direction Bern)
• 🏠 16:48 – Arrive back in Zurich — what a day!

What to Bring

• Your smartphone for the friend-matching
• Sturdy, comfortable shoes (hiking shoes recommended — some parts are rocky)
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen & a light jacket (weather can change near the lake)
• A good mood and curiosity!

Difficulty: Easy — the route is mostly flat along the lake with a gentle climb (~140m) to the waterfall viewpoint. No hiking experience needed!
