Integrate
With time to reflect and journal, you’ll integrate the year and what has emerged. Live music supports this phase, allowing your experience to settle and deepen.
Emerge
With cacao and shared songs, we open the heart and step into clarity, nourishment, and joy, creating space for renewed energy and a felt sense of what wants to move forward with you.
