A fortnightly gathering for women and femmes. Grounded, cyclical, honest. Each circle is different, guided by the energy in the room and the astrology of the moment. We open with practical astrology, move through embodied ritual and creative work, and close with optional witness sharing and a dance party.
No astrology knowledge needed. No movement experience needed. Sharing is always optional.
What to expect:
We start with the astrology - what's this Full Moon actually asking of you?
Then:
- Guided meditation (the room of mirrors)
- Feeling the weight of what you give vs what you receive in your actual body
- Writing the truth you're afraid to say (speaking it, then letting it go)
- Movement from control to release
- Witness circle (if you want)
- Dance party
Some circles are quiet. This one might not be!
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- A water bottle
- A journal if you like writing things down
- Something small for the altar (optional)
