More than just hot flushes - (Peri)menopause and work
Credits: Maja Juzwiak
(Peri)Menopause is not just a phase, it’s a whole-body transition that can significantly impact how we feel, think, and perform at work. Yet, it remains widely misunderstood and often invisible in professional environments.
This interactive “Brown Bag Lunch” session offers a clear, science-based introduction to perimenopause and menopause, with a strong focus on the workplace. Participants will gain practical insights into what is happening in the body, how symptoms can show up at work, and what individuals and teams can do to better navigate this phase.
The session also creates space for open conversation—helping to break the stigma, foster understanding across genders, and explore how workplaces can become more supportive and inclusive.
Who is it for?
- Women who want to better understand and prepare for perimenopause and menopause
- Men who want to support colleagues, partners, or team members
- Managers, HR professionals, and team leads interested in creating supportive work environments
- Anyone curious about hormonal health and its impact on everyday life
About the Workshop Facilitators:
Claudia Brett is a certified menopause and health promotion coach and co-founder of Meno Swiss and the founder of Menopause and More. With a background
