Am einem schönen Ort in Kriens, Nimm dir einen Moment für dich selbst, ohne Ablenkung. Erlebe eine meditative Klangreise mit den Gong und andere klanginstrument. Wir beginnen um 19.00 Uhr Pünktlich. Wenn der Klang verklingt, bleiben wir am Ende etwa 10 Minuten in der Stille.
Jede Sitzung ca.(60 min) ist einzigartig, doch der Weg ist immer derselbe: Immer wieder zu dir selbst zurückzukehren. Du gehst leicht und erfrischt
