Der wunderschöne Turmsaal in Schongau verwandelt sich ca. 1x im Monat zu einer zauberhaften kleinen Welt. Hier bist du eingeladen, dir selbst zu begegnen. Ein Raum zum Spüren und Ankommen in dir selbst. 

Wir beginnen mit einer gemeinsamen Kakaozeremonie. Der Kakao in zeremonieller Form unterstützt den Körper im Loslassen und das Herz zu öffnen. Mit sanfter Atempraxis und bewussten Körperübungen unterstützen wir unser System uns sanft zu öffnen.

Danach geht es in eine ca 1.45 ständige Tanzreise. Ohne Worte, dafür mit viel Gefühl. Erlebe dieses wunderbar befreite innere Erleben, welches durch die bewusste Bewegung entsteht.
