🌸 Opening Ceremony

1:00 – 1:20 PM 
We begin the retreat together with an opening ceremony to ground ourselves, connect as a group, and set the tone for the day ahead.

🌀 Workshop Blocks

Participants will have the chance to rotate around three workshop experiences across three blocks, you can join all or choose 1 or 2 sessions to join throughout the day. If you choose to not join a session we'll have a chill out area where you can engage in other creative activities.  You will be contacted before the event to choose your block and time. 

• BLOCK 1 | 1:30 – 3:00 PM

• BLOCK 2 | 3:15 – 4:45 PM

• BLOCK 3 | 5:00 – 6:30 PM

  ✨ Workshop ExperiencesBloom & Flow: A Watercolour Journey: A gentle, intuitive watercolour session inspired by spring blooms and growth. Participants are invited to explore colour and organic shapes rather than aiming for perfection or realism. 

• Stitch & Bloom: Mindful Crochet: In this gentle crochet session, you will create a simple, beginner-friendly crocheted piece as a personal expression of colour and intention. Guided step by step, this experience invites you to slow down, connect with your hands, and enjoy the calming rhythm of mindful making. 
• The Healing Journey: A deeply nourishing session including Somatic Movement, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing, designed to support relaxation, release, and embodied awareness.

Each session is thoughtfully curated to support creative expression, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing. No prior experience is required.

🌙 Closing Ceremony

6:45 – 7:00 PM
We come together once more for a gentle closing ceremony to reflect, integrate, and complete the day as a group.

🍽️ Food will also be available during the event.
