Sunday Breathwork Sessions

Take a moment to reset and prepare for the week ahead. These Sunday sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your breath, calm your mind, and restore balance.

What to expect:

• Gentle movement and grounding exercises
• Guided introduction to the power of breath and safety principles
• A variety of breathing techniques
• ~35 minutes of deeper breathwork
• Integration and relaxation
