Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, gentle postures that release tension and calm the nervous system, allowing you to fully surrender into stillness. As you sink deeper into each pose, the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls will wash over you, guiding you into a meditative state of inner peace. 🎶🧘‍♀️

• Jamilah, 200hrs certified Yin Yoga, meditation teacher & sound facilitator who helps to bring relaxation and calmess to your busy mind

What to Bring:

• An eye mask or something to block out the light for your inner journey
• Comfortable, loose clothing
• A bottle of water to stay hydrated after the session
