Wave Dance ist ein Ecstatic Dance Tanzanlass, in welchem Du Dich so zur Musik bewegen kannst, wie es sich gerade richtig anfühlt. Es fördert Achtsamkeit, Selbstausdruck und eine tiefe Verbindung zum eigenen Körper und den Emotionen.
