Kids Yoga 3-class Series

These Series are designed for children aged 2–4 (younger or older children are welcome), together with one or both parents/caregivers. You will explore child-friendly movement through creative and playful activities.

We invite you to join our 3-class Series created to help families build a routine and connect with the community during three Sunday sessions. Toddlers learn to cultivate healthy habits through repetition and simple rituals.

Each class includes colouring activities, storytelling, child-centred movement, mindful or craft activities and healthy snacks at the end.
