Japanese traditional fast food Onigiri. Around AD 700 people already ate onigiri. It can be found in history books that around 1200 soldiers brought onigiri with plum pickles to the war.

This traditional soul food these days we eat for lunch in the bento box , snacks or even as proper meals. You can find onigiri for breakfast with miso soup, for lunch with karaage and egg roll, also as an easy dinner with udon noodle soup, even late at night after drinking with hot tea. It is also a great snack for kids.
