A gentle journey to inhabit and reclaim your inner throne

She is your throne.

Here you are at home in your body.
Rooted in your love.
Anchored in your dignity.
Connected to something much vaster.

And yet for many of us this is not our lived reality. 

We feel numb, disconnected from our pelvis, living mostly in the head.
We sense there is more, but we don’t know how to access it.

We feel disconnected from the sacredness of our bodies, from the nourishment of our sensuality, from the creative power that lives in our wombs and yonis — from experiencing our bodies as the living temple they truly are.

But to truly inhabit your female body is the key to your deepest aliveness — to your authentic expression, your innate sensuality, your embodied sovereignity, your digntiy, your wisdom… to your wholeness.
As a woman. As YOU.

Being anchored in your seat, in your intimate anatomy, means being rooted in a love and a power that nourishes and holds you from within.

When you inhabit these places where you are most powerful and most receptive, you begin to claim your inner seat and occupy your space.
Powerful — because here you are directly connected to the force of creation itself.
Receptive — because this is where you take in and absorb so much of life.

Being anchored here — in your womb, in your yoni — in this potent center within you, is essential if you want to live, express, and create your life deeply connected, nourished, and loved.
Aligned with who you truly and uniquely are.

For this we need to be sovereign with what we take in — and with what we create for ourselves.
And we can only truly do that when we inhabit these precious parts of our body.
They are first and foremost a source of wellbeing for yourself, a source of aliveness, love, nourishment, connection, and creativity.

The journey:
Over the course of five weeks — every Monday evening — we meet in a safe and nourishing space.
Together we dive into the depth of our female bodies, into this living temple full of undiscovered treasures.
We explore, sense, and touch areas like the heart, the breasts, the pelvis, and the yoni — in a way you may have never met them before.

Beautiful practices guide us to feel more deeply, to listen, to meet ourselves, beyond any concepts and stories we have about ourselves.

This journey is an invitation:
To let yourself be touched by yourself
and to come home — to you, into your body, your sensuality, your aliveness, your truth.
With the support of your presence, your love, your curiosity.

This course involves intimate self-touch. Not with the goal to experience pleasure, but to FEEL and meet yourself, in innocence and naturalness.
To bring warmth, presence, and love to these precious parts of you.

There will never be an invitation to be seen on camera while we touch ourselves intimately — all we ever see is your head.
Everything I guide is an invitation; you follow yourself, your body, your pace, your yes — and your no.
Nothing needs to happen - and everything is allowed.

This is one of my deepest intentions:
that we women learn to trust ourselves — and our bodies — again, completely.

About me:

For more than 15 years I have dedicated myself to the art of feminine embodiment; as a yoga teacher, facilitator of Tao Tantric Arts for Women, and space holder for the sacred, the wild, and the deeply human dimensions of being a woman.

My work is an invitation to return to the female body, her tenderness, her strength, her wisdom, her vitality, and her inviolable dignity.
