  5. Sprung vom Rand (fusswärts)


Lernziel Seepferd

  1. Fischauge: Augen öffnen unter Wasser
  2. Luftpumpe: 4x untertauchen und ausatmen
  3. Seerose: Schweben in Rückenlage
  4. Bauchpfeil: Gleiten in Bauchlage mit Beinmotor
  5. Froschsprung: Fusssprung in tiefes Wasser

Mindestalter von 4 Jahre
