✨ Friday – Open Level Class (Adaptive & Social practice)

Friday is our open, adaptive, and playful class — designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.

This class is about having fun, sharing knowledge, and growing together.

🤝 A True Open-Level Experience

In this class, everyone dances with everyone.

A beginner might dance with an advanced dancer.
An improver might dance with someone more experienced.

That’s intentional.

When dancers of different levels dance together:

• Beginners gain confidence faster

• Advanced dancers refine clarity and control

• Everyone learns something new

There’s no pressure — only curiosity, respect, and connection.

🎯 What We Work On

Each Friday, we focus on:

• A short, accessible mini-combination

• Clear technique that works for all levels

• Simple variations so everyone feels included and challenged

From time to time, the class may also include:

• Student-requested combinations

• Common social-dance questions

• Real-life dance situations you face at parties

🔄 Switching Roles = Better Connection

One special element of Friday is role switching:

• Leaders try following

• Followers try leading

This helps you:

• Understand your partner better

• Improve communication and connection

• Become a more aware, musical, and adaptable dancer

You don’t have to switch if you don’t want to — it’s always optional.

🌟 Monthly Special Classes

Once a month, Friday becomes something extra special.

You’ll experience:

• A dedicated special class (1 full hour)

• Topics like ladies’ styling, men’s styling, musicality, or other Bachata styles

• Occasionally guest teachers or artists bringing fresh energy and perspectives

After the special class, we move into a guided social dance practice, where:

• You can freely dance

• Ask questions

• Get direct feedback from Coach Wil

• Apply what you just learned in real time
