This workshop focuses on the structure and technique of chest harnesses in shibari .
You will learn how to build stable, comfortable, and aesthetically balanced ties, understanding the logic behind each wrap, tension, and anchor point.

Emphasis will be placed on creating harnesses that are both safe and adaptable to different bodies. Beyond technique, we will explore how to create a grounded and heartfelt connection between rigger and receiver .

Through guided exercises, you’ll develop communication, trust, and awareness, allowing the rope to become a tool for presence and connection.

Open to beginners and practitioners wishing to refine their foundations in a safe, respectful, and supportive space
