Nick Gushchin — AI transformation lead at a large Swiss industrial company, applied-AI lecturer, and at the same time a student at ETH Zurich's Department of Computer Science, completing the CAS in Data and Machine Learning. Founder of the Head of AI Club Zurich. He is one of the few practitioners in Switzerland who builds and runs agentic systems daily rather than talking about them: 20+ AI tools built, and his own agents in production doing real work — the same kind of setups you will build in this session.

What you will do

• Understand what an AI agent really is: model, instructions, tools, memory, and where each one fails
• Set up a personal agent in Claude and a custom GPT in ChatGPT, side by side
• Connect them to real work: email, calendar, documents, research
• Automate one recurring task from your own business or personal life
• Learn the safety basics: data privacy, permissions, and when not to automate
