Meditation, intention setting and a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls and live cello.

The new moon invites us to pause, look inward and make space for what is yet to come.In this gathering, we’ll take a moment to connect with ourselves and plant the seeds of our intentions for the new lunar cycle.

Through the vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls and the deep, enveloping sounds of the live cello, we’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, making space for rest, stillness and listening.The dialogue between the singing bowls and the cello will create a soundscape that invites us to release tension, connect with our emotions and be present in the moment.

An invitation to let go of what we no longer need, restore our energy and make space for new beginnings. No previous experience is needed. Just come ready to take a moment for yourself.
