Please note:

• Dress yourself as the woman you're becoming. How does she dress? It should feel comfortable.
• Please make sure you can be fully available those 3.5 hours. We begin and end the session together, so the space is fully held.

Please bring:

• your journal
• a pen and optional: (water)colors
• water to drink
• something to put on the altar (you can take it back home)
• an offer to gift to the earth. It can be flowers/grains/incense/fruits etc.
• a robe or a towel to wrap around your body
• an additional towel
• body oil
• if you feel like it, you can bring snacks/food to share :)
