Staying relevant at work: Skills, mindset & adaptability in times of change
The workplace is evolving rapidly: new technologies, shifting expectations, and changing roles constantly redefine what it means to stay relevant.
But relevance isn’t about chasing every new trend. It’s about developing the right skills, cultivating the right mindset, and building the adaptability to navigate change with clarity and confidence.
In this Zurich Social Hub conversation, we’ll explore how professionals across industries stay current without losing focus: what to invest in, what to ignore, and how to approach continuous growth in a sustainable way.
Two guest speakers will bring complementary perspectives to the discussion:
Maciek Sikorski will share insights from the world of learning and development, exploring how organisations and individuals can build capabilities that keep pace with change. Drawing on his experience shaping learning strategies and leadership development programs across international organisations, he will reflect on the skills, mindsets, and learning habits that help professionals stay adaptable over time.
Tünde Lukacs will focus on the practical side of how AI can help professionals stay competitive, adaptable, and valuable in a rapidly changing
