If your event is in the Pro package, you can transfer the service costs to ticket buyers. If you are in the Free or Plus model, this option will not be displayed.
As soon as you are in the Pro package, you can select this transfer under "Payment methods, service costs".
You will find it under "Payments via Eventfrog" on the right under "Transfer service costs".
