My ticket is still missing – what to do next

If you cannot find your ticket in your Eventfrog account (under My Tickets), in the Eventfrog app or in your email inbox (please also check your spam folder), we will be happy to help you.

Click on the button below to contact us directly by email. The email will open automatically with a pre-formulated message - all you have to do is add the missing information. Alternatively, you can also send an email to support@eventfrog.at and include the following information:

  • Payment method used
  • Amount of the order
  • Date and time of the order
  • Transaction number (optional)
  • Email address used for the order
