Yes, you can buy tickets for all events on Eventfrog at the official box offices Orell Füssli, Liechtensteinische Post, SOB, Solothurn Tourismus, Tourismus Region Baden and Tourismus Rheinfelden . Only in rare cases do organisers deactivate sales via these box offices.
Event organisers can also set up their own box offices, where tickets for their particular events are available.
What does it cost me to buy tickets at a public box office?
Yes. When you buy at a public box office, a surcharge of CHF 3.00 per ticket applies to cover the administrative work and printing of the ticket, up to a maximum of CHF 9.00 per purchase.
Eventfrog does not charge any additional fees at box offices that organisers set up for individual events.
