What is a Flex-Ticket?

A Flex-Ticket gives you greater peace of mind when buying your ticket. With a Flex-Ticket, you can cancel your ticket yourself up to a set deadline before the event begins – without having to contact the organiser. The refund is processed automatically by Eventfrog.

For this flexibility, you pay a small surcharge when purchasing your ticket. In return, you can cancel your ticket easily and without giving any reason within the specified period if you are unable to attend.

How does a Flex-Ticket work?

Flex-Tickets are always clearly identifiable:

• They carry a «Flex» label.
• The cancellation deadline is displayed directly in the ticket category.
• Regular tickets are shown alongside and marked as «Non-refundable».

When you purchase a Flex-Ticket, the Flex surcharge is shown separately in your basket and on your receipt. If you cancel your ticket within the deadline, the amount will be refunded automatically minus a 1.5% processing fee. After the deadline, cancellations are no longer possible.
