Breathwork for Men Zurich Silvercoast

Breathwork for Men - Silver Coast & Zürich area

Spaces just for men are rare.
Places where you don't have to perform, fix or hold it all together.

As a woman and a breathworker, I kept seeing how much men carry - quietly, alone, often without anywhere to put it down.

So I created this space.
For men only.
On the Silver Coast and around Zürich.

A place to be together with other men,
held by a woman,
and simply breathe.

Breathe out what you juggle.
What you struggle with.
What you're facing right now.

Let go.
Come back to yourself -
to your breath,
to your body.

You don't need to know how.
You just need to show up.
