After a beautiful summer of practicing outdoors in Schindlergut Park, we’re moving inside for the colder months - into the warmth and coziness of Yoga2Be Studio.

Join me for a 60-minute energising Hatha/Vinyasa Flow designed to wake up the whole body, build strength and mobility, and leave you feeling clear, grounded and ready for the weekend.
Expect powerful holds, conscious movement, fluid transitions, deep breathing and just the right amount of challenge - followed by a well-deserved (and very generous) Savasana.
This is a stronger practice, but you don’t need to be an advanced yogi to join. All levels are welcome, with options to adapt the practice to your body and experience.
