Family Yoga

Family Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your little one in a joyful and playful setting. Together, you’ll enjoy movement, laughter, relaxation and moments of stillness, while discovering Yoga in a lighthearted way. For children aged 2–6, accompanied by one or both parents.

The class features partner poses and shared community moments with your family and the other ones. Activities include colouring, dancing, mindful or craft projects, and healthy snacks at the end of the session.
