Social Ski Weekend in Engadin

Welcome to the skiing weekend event!

This is your chance to share your passion for skiing with others and enjoy a social weekend. Do not worry if you are joining alone, there is many other people who are in your situation. If you have received access to this link, you need to know that you're invited to join us for a cozy weekend in the mountains together.

Participants mainly range between university students and young professionals , but of course, everyone is welcome to join. therefore, I assume you'd be a great fit ;)

The accommodation chosen is on the top of the mountain with amazing nature views, within 20 min driving distance to St. Moritz or just a few minutes to Diavoletta- Lagalb. It has the possibility to enjoy the Sauna after skiing, some leisure activities inside the hotel and a common room for a social evening. The hotel is also reachable by public transportation (please check the bus time plan to avoid inconvenience). If you're worried that it might be a hassle without a car, I'm sure we'll find a solution between the participants for carpooling or taking your skis.

What's Included per person for the standard offer:
2x Nights in either private double room or a bed in shared room with a shared toilet
2x Day Ski Pass with public transportation for Engadin
2x Breakfast
2x Nights parking
2x Overnight stay taxes
Sauna
Common room

The spots are limited. Cancellation conditions are stated at the bottom of the page. 

Room Description:
4-6 pax: Standard room shared between 4 to 6 people with a shared toilet and shower on the same floor.
4 pax (Females only): These rooms are shared between 4 females who share the toilet and shower inside the same room.
2 pax: Double bedroom (King sized bed - 2*90*200 mattress) with their own toilet and shower inside the room.

Ski Lessons:
I'm in contact with Speciale Ski School and will do groups of 3-4 people per group max (for those who are interested). You can discuss it later in the WhatsApp group chat with others after purchasing the ticket.
The cost per instructor is 680.- for Saturday and Sunday together from 9-12. (6 hours lessons total)
The cost will be divided by the number of people per group:
if 2 people: 340.-/each
if 3 People: 227.-/each
if 4 people: 170.-/each

Reselling:
The tickets are allowed to be resold to others as long as you make sure that it is sold in the right category (male/female) and to inform the organizer, preferably within the WhatsApp group of the event or to other participants.

Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your spot before this date: 24.12.2025
You'll receive a full-refund minus adminstartion fee of 30.- (Transaction costs + Hotel Administration costs)
Refund up to 50% between 25.12.2024 & 08.01.2024
Refunds are not possible starting from this date: 09.01.2024
Please note:
1. Cancellations are not wished; the aim of the event is to enjoy the weekend with people who share the passion for skiing.
2. If you decide to cancel, then wish to join again or find someone for your spot, under the condition that you received a partial/full refund, you need to accept that it is not possible, and the fees goes to the hotel whether they found a replacement for you or not.
