St Moritz Cricket Club, organisers of the legendary annual Cricket on Ice, are thrilled to announce a Family Day at the 2026 event, held in partnership with the Ruth Strauss Foundation.
Taking place on Friday 13th February, right on the frozen Lake St Moritz, the Family Day will run alongside the Cricket on Ice tournament, giving families the chance to soak up the unique atmosphere while the action unfolds.
Get ready for a fun-filled experience featuring interactive cricket nets where kids and adults alike can have a go at batting, plus an exciting cricket fitness parcours to test agility and skill.
Cricket coaches will be on hand throughout the day to introduce the basics of the game and help participants sharpen essential skills — from batting and bowling to catching — whether you’re picking up a bat for the first time or looking to improve.
Participation is completely free, with voluntary donations warmly welcomed in support of our chosen charity, the Ruth Strauss Foundation, which funds vital research and provides support for people affected by non-smoking related cancers.
