You are a health oriented person that likes to vibe to good music? Potentially reached your runners or hybrid athlete era? Or you enjoy your weekly pilates/yoga sessions every time a little more?
Perfect. We have the ultimative saturday morning experience for you.
We start with a short and easy paced 5K social run (free) reuniting different run clubs and in general all healthy & sporty people from Zurich. Meeting Point is at the Zürichhorn at 09:00 am.
Afterwords we head to SAMIGO for the actual Sober Fitness-Daydance (35.- entry fee) and kick it off by a dynamic group workout hosted by Groove by B and Pilates by Imi.
For proper refuel after the workout free non alcoholic drinks and pastries are offered (included in the ticket price).
To round off the event, we will vibe to good tech/house tunes until 1:00 p.m. (end of event).
Dresscode: Your favorite gym fit + hoodie (no showers / changing rooms)
Bag drop: available at the zurich main station (Zurich HB)
*Sober Fitness-Daydance participation cap: 100 Tickets / Social Run: no limit
