Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. Refund policy:

Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions).

Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
