19th of November 2016 is the day Playfight was born.
That day for the first time the 4 distinctive rituals of our practice took place.
Everything started from an individual longing for deeper connection, and now 8 years after, that small seed grew into a global movement.
On 19th of November we would like to celebrate with you!
During this day Playfight Facilitators around the globe will offer a Free class and we will release officially the Playfight short Movie!
And of course the Zurich Facilitators are ready to join the celebration!

IS IT SAFE?
We do our best to provide a space that is physically and emotionally safe. Our facilitators are trained to support each participant to feel safer. At the same time we use our body and interact physically with other human beings, so just like every sport there is an element of risk in place.
We invite each participant to take full responsibility, and to mention any weakness they know so we can take even better care of them.
