ConferenceArena is Switzerland’s platform for business events, bringing together the MICE and hospitality industry for one day in one place. On 12 March 2026, the trade show celebrates its 10th anniversary edition at StageOne Zurich, welcoming national and international exhibitors as well as decision-makers from across the industry.

ConferenceArena stands for quality, personal encounters and genuine dialogue – a platform for inspiration and practical ideas for events, venues and future projects.

Networking Event

Immediately following the trade show, we will celebrate the 10th anniversary edition of ConferenceArena at a joint networking event at  Chicago 1928 from 7 pm onwards, located right next to StageOne. The evening is dedicated to the community – with drinks, apéro, music, and time for conversations and new connections.

Ticket Information

Ticket sales are handled via Eventfrog. After purchase, you will receive your ticket by email as a PDF with a QR code. The ticket can be presented digitally or printed at the entrance.

Visitor Ticket (excl. Networking Event)

Access to ConferenceArena 2026 including keynotes and exhibition area at StageOne. 

-> Exclusively intended for participants from corporate organisations. Service providers, agencies, destinations, convention bureaus, event locations and suppliers of the MICE and hospitality industry are not eligible to attend with this ticket category.

Visitor Ticket (incl. Networking Event)

Access to ConferenceArena 2026 including keynotes and exhibition area at StageOne including eventing networking event at Chicago 1928.

-> Exclusively intended for participants from corporate organisations. Service providers, agencies, destinations, convention bureaus and suppliers of the MICE and hospitality industry are not eligible to attend with this ticket category.

Professional Ticket/Non-exhibiting (incl. Networking Event)

Access to ConferenceArena 2026 including keynotes and exhibition area at StageOne, as well as the evening networking event at Chicago 1928. 

-> Intended for industry professionals attending without an exhibition stand and without active market presence. Any form of sales, promotion or business development activity is not permitted. ConferenceArena is primarily designed as an exhibitor-based platform. Companies wishing to actively position their brand or services are encouraged to participate as exhibitors.

Swiss mentalist Pad Alexander shares insights into perception, decision-making and human behaviour in an interactive workshop.

Cancellation and Eligibility Policy

Tickets purchased via Eventfrog are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged, regardless of the ticket category. ConferenceArena LLC reserves the right to verify ticket eligibility at any time before or during the event. If a ticket has been purchased in violation of the defined ticket categories or eligibility criteria, the ticket may be cancelled without prior notice. In such cases, any refund-related costs charged by the ticketing platform (Eventfrog) – including a processing fee of CHF 0.99 per ticket plus 3.9% of the ticket price (excl. VAT) – will be borne by the ticket purchaser. By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of ConferenceArena LLC.

Photo and Video Recordings

By participating in ConferenceArena, attendees agree to the creation and use of photo and video recordings for event-related, documentation as well as marketing and communication purposes of ConferenceArena. If a person does not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us accordingly on site.
