WHAT COULD A SUSTAINABLE COFFEE VALUE CHAIN LOOK LIKE?
In this interactive, lecture-based introduction to the SCA Coffee Sustainability Program, explore some of the industry’s most pressing challenges: the impacts of climate change on coffee production, adaptation and mitigation strategies such as biodynamic farming, and the economics of coffee.
A hands-on activity examines how prices, production costs and profitability affect producers. You are invited to question, discuss and consider how different actors across the coffee value chain can contribute to a more sustainable future.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Coffee professionals, enthusiasts and anyone curious about sustainability.
