Drawing from Andean and Amazonian worldviews, Foundations of Cosmovision is a four-part experiential journey through Earth, Air, Water and Fire — exploring the relationship between nature, body, memory, perception and consciousness.

Each session focuses on one element and one dimension of the human experience: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Through guided shamanic journeying, meditation, embodied awareness, symbolic exploration, creative practices and personal inquiry, participants are invited to encounter the elements within themselves and discover their own perceptions, images, memories and intuitive responses.

At the heart of the experience is Ayni — reciprocity: an approach to knowledge based on relationship, respect, responsibility and connection.

ONE JOURNEY · FOUR POSSIBILITIES: You do not need to attend all four sessions. Each workshop can be experienced independently, according to your personal process and what you feel called to explore or join the complete four-part journey as a practice of integration and continuity.

The series is informed by Ximena Xaguar’s extensive practice and work with native healing arts and facilitator of Sweatlodge ceremonies and ritual practices since 2008, inspired by Andean and Amazonian approaches to natural medicine.

An invitation to reconnect and integrate with the elements within us — and to explore the living relationship between perception, nature, body and consciousness.
