Presence and Movement: We will start with guided embodiment and free movement exercises to ground the mind, open the body, and access the depth of your emotions.
Expression Without Judgement: We will then move this energy onto paper. You will be guided to express your inner contents through painting, using the paper as a mirror of your soul, without any aesthetic concern or judgment. The body and the intuition guides the expression.
Integration and Symbol: The climax of the activity is the visualization and integration of the expressed messages. Together, we will find the symbols of meaning and direction that nourish your subconscious, transforming creative "chaos" into clarity and path.
