Primal Embodiment Immersion
Monthly / every 2nd Thursday / with Thebiga

We’ll tune into our primal state and we’ll be journeying deep in warmth and nourishment. I’ll guide you into Movement, Silence, Sharings, Sounding and various Embodiment Practices. More moving, feeling & expressing and less talking.

Let’s strip for God and get naked on all the layers.

We will land deep into our bodies, to be present with ourselves fully, so we feel what’s alive and what wants to be expressed & transformed. We will explore different ways how we can get the energy moving and will channel it through our bodies into art, so it can be alchemized.

The immersions will always be different, depending on what emerges in our field and you’ll be able to move through exactly what you specifically need in the moment.

Truth is our Guide and that guidance can only be felt in space & silence. So we’ll get curious, weird & explorative. 

I invite you to be raw, messy and wild. No experience needed.

Please note:

• Dress yourself as the woman you're becoming. Something you feel AMAZING, exquisite & majestic in and feel comfortable moving in.

• Please make sure you can be fully available the 3.5 hours, so that we can take our time & space and really drop in. We begin and end the session together, so the space is fully held. 

• Please enter the studio in silence, choose a mat and land into your body. You can enter the studio 5' before, so we can start on time.

Please bring:

• your journal & a pen

• water to drink

• a towel to lay on the mat

• a robe or an additional towel to wrap around your body

• eye mask or a thin scarf to wrap around your eyes

• optional: natural body oil
