- Dress yourself as the woman/man you're becoming. How does she dress? It should feel comfortable.
- Please make sure you can be fully available those 3.5 hours. We begin and end the session together, so the space is fully held.

- your journal
- a pen
- water to drink
- something to put on the altar (you can take it back home)
- an offer (to put on the altar) and then gift it to the earth. It can be flowers/grains/incense/fruits etc.
- if you feel like it, you can also bring snacks/food to share :)
