On September 21st, we gather for a ceremonial gong bath — a grounding and heart-opening journey held on the threshold of the fall equinox and the new moon. The equinox invites us into balance: light and shadow, giving and receiving, doing and resting. It’s a powerful moment to pause, reflect, and gently turn inward as the seasons shift.
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival meditation, allowing you to settle fully into the space and your body. Then, through grounding breathwork and a short journaling ritual, we’ll connect with the energy of autumn and the equinox. From there, we journey into a gong bath for integration. The deep, resonant vibrations of the gongs and bowls will guide you inward, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit, and creating space for release, rebalance, and renewal.
No prior experience is needed — just bring an open heart, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to journey inward.
